What is Prenatal Yoga?

Our Prenatal Yoga program goes beyond gentle stretching. Each session is carefully designed for where you are in your pregnancy โ€” with trimester-specific asanas, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices that build strength, reduce common discomforts, and prepare both your body and mind for birth.

Who is this for?

Pregnant mamas from 6 weeks onwards, at any trimester. No prior yoga experience needed. Partners are welcome to join select sessions.
